The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before.
The woman existed, but the mother never.
A mother is something absolutely new.
OSHO
Hi, I am Katerina,
a wife, a mama of one little girl and one little boy and a trained postpartum doula. I welcome you to my website, a space where I share information about postpartum with mamas who are starting their motherhood journey. After becoming a mother myself, I felt an enormous call to share my knowledge and my experience with other moms who found themselves in a similar situation like me: feeling isolated, lonely, not understood, supported and well informed.

I believe that the world would be a better place if new mothers were feeling understood, supported and connected. The goal of this community is not to tell you how to parent nor to judge your choices. It is to listen with an open heart and provide the right information and support, so that you, as a new mother, can make the best choices for your baby, your family and yourself.
Staying up to date just became so simple!
It’s so easy to miss news and updates as a new mother. By signing up for my newsletter, you don’t have to worry about that anymore. I will keep you informed on any updates, special offers and news!
Thank you!

How it all started
As an expat mom, away from my family and my village, the beginning of my motherhood journey was quite rough. Like a plane landing on a very windy day; it managed to land, everyone is safe but some people will feel dizzy for some days…
With my first child, I tried to do everything on my own. It was overwhelming, it was too much work for one person. With my second child, I decided I would ask for help. After that, I had time and I started helping other moms in similar situations.

We tend to think that we are superwomen, we have superpowers and we can do it all. Which can be true. But the thing is that we don’t have to do it all! We can allow ourselves to take a break, especially during such a special period as the postpartum. We brought a new life in the world and we should be supported, understood, celebrated even!
It is my mission to do all the above for new moms like you. Show you that being overwhelmed is not the only way to go, support you, listen to you, provide you the right information.
